What is an escape room?
Our escape rooms are a live interactive gaming entertainment experience where players are locked in a room full of hints, clues and puzzles for 60 minutes. You have to work together and use your minds to escape before time runs out!
Is there an age limit?
The level of difficulty varies from room to room and clue to clue. Our rooms are designed to be pretty challenging. However, they are not scary or inappropriate. Children from ages 7-16 are encouraged to participate but must be accompanied by an adult. All participants under the age of 18 will have to have a waiver signed by their parents.
How much does it cost?
The price is 2 guests, $37.50 per guest; 3-6 guests $30 per guest. We do not issue refunds for booked games, but you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking.
How long will it take?
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time for a room briefing. You will have 60 minutes to complete your mission and escape.
What happens if some of the members of our party are late?
We will let the rest of your group join when they arrive, but we cannot delay the game's initial start time for latecomers. Players who arrive more than 5 minutes after an escape room experience starts, will not be permitted to enter an experience that has already begun. Instead, will be offered entry into the next available escape room or will be able to book for another date/time. Players should always arrive 10 minutes prior to an experience beginning, as it is probable that another group is scheduled behind your group, and we don't want to delay them as well.
Are we really locked in a room?
It depends on your mission. Some rooms are all about solving the mystery, while others involve solving the mystery and unlocking the door. But don't worry...each game is monitored on closed circuit video with audio to communicate with the Game Master at anytime. We have provided emergency exits in all scenarios which will be explained to you at the beginning of each game.
If I only have 2 or 3 people in my group, will we be placed with strangers to fill the time slot?
Never! All bookings are private. You will have the room to yourselves no matter how few there are in your party!
Do I need any special prior puzzle solving experience?
Nope. Just be willing to search for hidden clues and related items...and to use your brain! If you are really struggling, you may reach out to the Game Master to offer you a clue and get you moving in the right direction. Use 3 hints or less and your group will make it on are weekly leaderboard.

Yes! We offer good, clean fun with an attractive lobby and waiting area. We can also add a personalized message in the room to make it extra fun for the special guest! Just include a note in the comments section of your reservation. You can reserve during our regular business hours or book a Private Party. In addition, if you are looking for a unique way to do a gender reveal, or maybe want to pop the question, we would love to be apart of your special moment.
